NOTES: For maximum protection, you can move the filechecker.exe file once it is installed to a new directory. To uninstall, you can then run the uninstaller program, and then delete the new directory you placed FileChecker in.

-New install program. Should install extraneous dlls and other files that are needed to run this program (and that some people don't have).
-Checksumming scanning is now implemented. All files on your scan list will be scanned (a separate scanning list for the checksum computation is an "in the works" feature).
-A separate timer is configured for the Checksum Scanning. Click on the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION >" button for very useful information on the checksum feature of FileChecker (please read before you use it).
Notes:
-The checksum feature will NOT automatically start on start-up of FileChecker, even if the other scanning options are enabled on start up. You must bring up the main window, stop scanning, and restart it to start the checksum feature (if you had previously configured it). This was necessary as the checksum feature does freeze the FileChecker main display until it finishes it's operation (although alerts will be shown in a timely fashion). This is also why there is a separate timer for the checksum function (please read the IMPORTANT INFORMATION section in the checksum configuration window in FileChecker).
